BSA CareXpress Urgent Care Summit at 7306 Southwest 34th Avenue, Amarillo, Texas.

My husband was seen on 9-26. I warned him when he went they was going to use the not up to date website and check the ded and say it has not been met. So have them call the number on the back of the insurance card to get the correct updated information for the policy. They girl at the desk didn't care what he was saying and just went with the incorrect info on the website, so he paid almost 200 to be seen.
So I call insurance and guess what the ded was met in July. I have been trying to get my money back since this happened almost a week ago tomorrow with no avail. Saturday I talked with a someone there that swore she would get this handled first thing Monday. Well lunch rolls around today and no call of course. So I call them again and go up to the admin department (or that's what they call it) and leave a message to call me back on this. She calls right back (believe it or not) and my refund will be mailed out today it my address. But first she wanted to know if I wanted to go pick it up. Funny to me as they can take the money regardless of what the paying insured customer says but wants you to come pick it up. This place is a joke. If you want to donate money to them cause they are to lazy to check benefits and get the run around please see them next time you are sick or just go somewhere that listens and cares and does not put their paying insured customers through this. It's your choice!!

This place is a joke. 1. The lady I saw couldnt tell me whether I had sinus infection or the flu. 2. Ive been waiting all day for my script to be filled which never even got sent over.
