The Granite at Thirty-Fourth at 3308 Eddy Street, Amarillo, Texas.

Stayed at this apartment complex for quite some time so this is my sincere experience. The people here are terrible. They act as if they are paying you to be in the place rather than the other way around. I never asked for really anything from these people within my 2 years of staying here yet, I have found them to be a nuisance in my daily life rather than just part of life. They are extremely narcissistic about what they do at the apartment complex and they are Constantly looking for ways to get by without doing anything for anybody and binding people to ridiculous random charges ($75.00 if you cannot let them into your apartment complex for a simple bug spray for any reason) and constant (almost every 2 week) intrusions into peoples person space. They are always late to give you notice on anything and you can literally expect to have less than 18hrs to prepare for anything because they put the notices on your door the day before. You will rarely feel at home here. Rather you will feel almost as if you're under Constant surveillance (even if you're not doing anything wrong). They also forced me to take down a Christian banner on MY balcony or else they would have evicted me within 3 days. They claim that they don't discriminate but they do. Since then, I have literally been trying to duck and dodge these people at the office and I groan every single time I have to see them for anything. If there was something good I could say about these guys I would but there isn't.
