This is the most unprofessional car service place I have ever experienced. When I showed up to my appointment they took my car in for service and I sat in the lobby for 2 hours without any word from anyone, when I walked outside to simply ask how it was coming, they told me the part hadn't showed up yet. They never told me anything the entire time I waited!!!! Terrible awful customer service. The old lady working the front desk, and her son working on my car were immediately confrontational and very rude and completely incompetent
