I'd give zero stars if it were possible. When I hired Northrup's to maintain my yard and flower bed, the owner (Kyle) said to contact him if there were any problems with the quality of the work and he would take care of it. The first time they came out to maintain my lawn, they mowed unevenly, missed large patches, left trash in the yard, and scalped the lawn around my trees to the dirt. When i contacted him about the issues, he said " I have more business than I know what to do with right now so we'll just part ways", then he hung up on me. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone, STAY AWAY!
